We also try to eat well at
our get- togethers.. Painters need to keep up their strength, you know.

In August when it's hot
and February when it's cold, we usually hire a model and set up a still
life to paint indoors. This was in Irving, TX. |

you're painting outdoors. Bob Rom had to retrieve his hat after the
wind blew it into a ravine in the Texas Hill Country.

Our last event of the year
is a Christmas party where, in addition to enjoying good food, good
drink and good fellowship, we have a "blind swap" of small
paintings. Here's the group showing off the additions to their
